4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; no sharing of account credentials

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service

6. Content Ownership

We do not claim ownership of your content or use it to train AI models.

8. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Minute packs are one-time purchases and do not expire
• Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
